Lissette is an Empowerment Coach focused on helping those that are underrepresented to achieve their highest potential through alignment of mind+body connection and using their voice to advocate for themselves.
She holds a Psychology Degree and is certified in Life Coaching, Functional Medicine and Meditation Instruction. Lissette has hosted many speaking engagements on the topics of business success frameworks and self-empowerment over the last decade, helping participants achieve their highest potential.
KOLLEEN PAPUGA

Kolleen is an Empowerment Coach focused on supporting people to overcome the negative self-talk that holds them back from successfully navigating significant career and life transitions.
She is passionate about advancing inclusion and belonging for members of underrepresented groups. She has hosted developmental workshops and speaking engagements to facilitate the sharing of our unique lived experiences, and provides 1:1 mentorship supporting inclusion and career advancement.
Kolleen has held executive leadership roles at multiple Fortune 50 companies, has a degree in Interpersonal + Public Communication, and a certification in Growth and Success coaching.
